University Of Toronto

 

With about 88,700 students in the three campuses in the city is the University of Toronto. It was established in 1827 and this year it ranks 31st in the world. University Of Alberta

 

The University of Alberta ranks 90th in the world and fourth in Canada. It was established in 1908 and is located in the Edmonton. It is about 37,830 students strong who are from about 143 countries. It is a public research university and is home to the biggest fringe theatre festival.

Ranking 130th in the world and fifth in Canada is the University of Montreal which is also the only Francophone university in Canada. McMaster University

 

With the 140th rank in the world and sixth in Canada is the McMaster University. Founded in 1887 in Toronto, the university was later relocated to Hamilton in 1930. The university is known for its medical school and also has faculties of humanities, social sciences, engineering, business and many others. There are students from about 90 countries.

University Of Waterloo

 

Established in 1957, University of Waterloo is the youngest of the top universities in Canada. It ranks 152nd in the world and seventh in Canada. It has about 36,670 students and 37% of them are international students. The university is located in the technology hub of Canada and encourages research, learning and discovery the most.
